She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 2 MCU and Comic Book Easter Eggs
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 2, Superhuman Law, witnessed the events after Jennifer Walters revealed being She-Hulk and the pros and cons of it when it comes to her job as a lawyer. As she scores being the head of a division in GLK&H, her first client is The Abomination. Other than Jen’s struggles, the whole episode is exploding with a lot of references to other MCU projects and the comic books alike. Here are some of the Easter eggs on She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 2.
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 2 Easter Egg: KZYO News
The episode starts with news clips on Titania, a superpowered influencer, being taken down by She-Hulk. KYZO news reported the event where She-Hulk finally gets her name given to her by some news reporter. It is the same news agency that covered what happened in Ant-Man & The Wasp.
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 2 Easter Egg: Wolverine, Eternals, Iron Man, and More
While Jen is searching for jobs, she landed on a page which has a ton of Easter eggs. Let’s break each of it down. First is the Iron Man Three’s which seems like a shoe line of the late Tony Stark having the pattern of the Arc Reactor and it is a cool tribute to the late hero. Second is the news below it. It says “Man fights with metal claws in bar brawl.” Of course, it is a huge reference to the beloved X-Men, Wolverine, and the fans are gushing over the fact that his appearance in the MCU is being teased as early as now. Third, another news says “Why there is a giant statue of a man sticking out of the ocean” which is clearly, a reference to the Eternals where Tiamut was turned by Sersi into stone in the middle of the ocean. It also confirms that She-Hulk: Attorney At Law happens after the events of the movie. Fourth, if you see the menu on top, you can see “Find Ant-Man,” “Norse Mythology, and Avengers, on the panel. Fifth, if you scan the barcode on the side of the header, it would lead you to a free Marvel comic just like in Moon Knight!
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 2 Easter Egg: “America’s Ass”
Ever wondered why Jen is curious about whether Steve Rogers is a virgin or not? Well, it seems like She-Hulk is a huge fan of Captain America. When her mother texted her that they will be having a family dinner, the background of the phone sees America’s ass highlighted in a strategic manner.

She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 2 Easter Egg: Avengers: Age of Ultron
During the family dinner, there is also a tease on “Yusuf,” who, in the comics, is known as the Helper, an elemental who wanted and decided to be a superhero. He has ties to the Sokovia Accords as he was triggered by that and it connects the film to Avengers: Age of Ultron. Also, Morris, Jen’s father, mentioned that Jen isn’t the first Hulk in the family and more importantly, she didn’t destroy a city, something that Banner did in Avengers: Age of Ultron.
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 2 Easter Egg: GLK&H
Avid comic book readers would easily recognize GLK&H where Jen got a new job as the head of superhuman law division. Goodman, Lieber, Kurtzberg & Holliway firm, in the comics, was made for the founder to specialize in cases of superhumans to later help his supervillain granddaughter.
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 2 Easter Egg: Department of Damage Control
Yes, it is a Ms. Marvel and Spider-Man: No Way Home connection. The place where Emil Blonsky/ The Abomination is imprisoned is a supermax prison of the Department of Damage Control, the same government agency that Kamala Khan fought in her titular series. Given its high security, the Clandestines were able to escape it. Also, the Department of Damage Control is the same government agency that apprehended Peter Parker after Mysterio divulged his identity to the public, where Agent Cleary works.
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 2 Easter Egg: The Abomination
In the scene where Jen meets The Abomination, she didn’t expect Emil Blonsky to look like a human who meditates and wears crocs. He raises a pretty valid reason for attacking Hulk in the past, in fact, it is an argument most villains that the government made could raise. In The Incredible Hulk, Blonsky mentions that he thought he was doing the world a favor by being a good guy from the government given a mission to take down Hulk who posed a threat. He received a Super Soldier Serum variant and he thought he’d be the next Captain America. Truth is, if this is the case, Blonsky shouldn’t even be in prison nor get a record. He was following direct orders from the government and thus, he was working under their instruction, not on his own discretion.
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 2 Easter Egg: The Incredible Hulk
Hulk also seems to acknowledge the casting of Ed Norton as The Hulk in The Incredible Hulk when he said that when Hulk fought The Abomination, he was a “completely different person” back then. It’s a running gag but it is a good catch from Ruffalo.
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 2 Easter Egg: Hulk and Sakaar
Hulk is now on his way somewhere in a Sakaaran ship. Theories suggest that this sets up Planet Hulk but there’s one that is more controversial where Hulk may have fathered a child in Sakaar during his two years stuck as the big green guy. Hulk fathering a child in Sakaar is one of the possible reasons why he may not be seen for a while or it is also a possible setup for Ruffalo’s Hulk to finally get his own movie, hopefully, in the MCU. With the rights being sorted out, anything is possible!
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 2 Easter Egg: Xialing’s Underground Fight Ring
Lastly, the final news scene where Jen sees The Abomination in the underground fight ring. It directly connects She-Hulk: Attorney At Law to Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings with Xialing’s fight ring where The Abomination participates as a contender. This may possibly be the same reason why Wong would be involved in the series given that Wong is the key of The Abomination to seemingly “escape” the supermax prison with his rings of teleportation, right? He may be a key witness to the case. Did we get all the Easter eggs? Check out all these in She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 2, now streaming on Disney Plus.
