Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Episode 6 will be titled The Fire, and the new stills from the upcoming episode show the reason behind the title. The images feature Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto, who’s appears to confront Yhwach, the emperor of the Wandenreich army. There’s also a look at Retsu Unohana, the captain of the Fourth Division of the Gotei 13. Another image shows Tōshirō Hitsugaya, and it looks like there’s a big explosion behind him. A teaser has already been released for the sixth episode of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, which features Yhwach punishing Kenpachi Zaraki, and as you can see below, it looks like Yamamoto and Yhwach are about to fight, and manga readers already know that this is going to be one of the most intense fights in the anime series.
It’s likely that we will see more members of the Sternritter fight the captains of the Gotei 13 in the upcoming episode. We might also find out if Byakuya Kuchiki survives the fight against the terrifying Äs Nödt, the fear-inducing Quincy and Sternritter with the designation “F” - “Fear”. It’s also unclear if Ichigo Kurosaki will make it to Soul Society to help the Soul Reapers battle the Wandenreich. Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Episode 6 is set to premiere on Hulu (U.S. only) and Disney+ (non-US regions) on Monday, Nov. 14. You can read more details about the upcoming episode here.
